Lim Siv Hong
Country Advisor
Lim Siv Hong is a social development specialist with 20 years of experience working with International Non-Government Organizations, partnering with government agencies, NGOs, and stakeholders at the subnational level with various development projects. She has extensive experience in grant management, and has strengthened the capacity of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), particularly working to promote CSOs accountability and professionalism. She has also provided technical assistance to partner organizations on project design, planning, implementation and evaluation concerning Women Empowerment, Education Program, Labor Migration and Counter-Trafficking to promote good governance among the civil society organizations.
She holds a BS in Agriculture from the Royal University of Chamkar Dong, Cambodia, and a M.A. in Management of Rural Development from Khorn Kean University, Thailand, and Fellowship Certificate on Pedagogy Skill from Ukraina University, Russia, and Chevening certificate on Government Relation with NGOs and Civil Society in the UK.
