OUR MISSION

Give2Asia was founded on a simple but powerful idea: that giving across borders should be as thoughtful, effective, and locally grounded as giving close to home.

Our story began more than two decades ago with a question: How can international donors support meaningful, community-led work across the Asia? Give2Asia was created to answer that question, combining deep local knowledge with rigorous due diligence and regulatory expertise.

Since our launch in 2001, we have helped individuals, families, corporations, and foundations support thousands of charitable initiatives across Asia and beyond. Through periods of rapid growth, global crises, and changing regulatory environments, our mission has remained constant: to strengthen philanthropy by connecting donors with trusted local partners and ensuring resources reach communities where they can do the most good.

Today, Give2Asia is focused on China, a massive market with the world’s second largest economy and population. Give2asia is recognized for its long-standing relationships, on-the-ground presence, and ability to operate at scale—building trusted relationships between international private funders and Chinese charities working across a wide range of issues. We serve as the global leader in donor-advised grantmaking to China.
