Give2Asia Welcomes New Chief Representative for China


Beijing, 12/18/2018 – Give2Asia, a U.S.-based public charity, announces that Ms. Carol Yang Xiao-Qing now serves as its new China Chief Representative. She received formal approval in November to serve as Give2Asia’s primary representative in China. This permission was received from Give2Asia’s Professional Supervisory Unit, the China People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC), and the Beijing Public Security Bureau.

Ms. Yang began her work with Give2Asia earlier in 2018 and having also provided guidance in 2016 to help Give2Asia as it prepared for registration under the Overseas NGO Law. Give2Asia received its registration in June 2017. Based in Beijing and originally from Guangzhou, Ms. Yang brings over 25 years of experience helping overseas organizations operate and carry out business successfully in China.

Give2Asia is an international nonprofit organization that builds networks for charitable investment. Headquartered in the United States, Give2Asia works in 23 different locations across the Asia Pacific region with the goal of supporting the growth of prosperous, sustainable communities.
