Wadhwani Initiative for Sustainable Healthcare (WISH) aims to create an equitable public healthcare system and make quality primary healthcare available and accessible to the underserved populations by appropriately introducing promising innovations in the public health system. WISH has presence in the States of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh (MP), Uttar Pradesh (U.P), Delhi-NCR and Assam where innovative healthcare service delivery models are being implemented in public-private-partnerships with respective state governments, international agencies and private sector and have served more than 9 million BoP lives.

WISH’s HWCs are equipped with technology-enabled services and innovations such as Point-of-Care (PoC) devices, Audio-Video consultation; Medicine Vending Machine (MVM). These centres deliver high-quality and affordable healthcare services and address healthcare needs beyond RMNCH+A (Reproductive, Maternal, Neo-natal, Child, plus Adult) and includes Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) and CDs, (Communicable Diseases) with early-intervention based diagnostic, screening and treatments.

WISH’s goal is to ensure that primary healthcare needs are fully taken care of from these establishments with reduced Out-of-pocket expenses to the patient and with holistic package of services.

WISH is committed to piloting 100+ HWCs and seeking partnership with private donors and international agencies to make a difference to underserved population.
