Our Mission

Shining Life aims to promote a "Thanksgiving" culture for kids and families by launching books and songs yearly and by organizing 30-100 school tours each year to inspire teenagers. In April 2023, they will be hosting a Gospel Charity Concert at The Hong Kong Coliseum.

The Need

Shining Life helps ease emotional problems and aids patients in finding their way to positivity by introducing music therapy into the community and educating the public about its effectiveness for these needs.

The Solution

Shining Life has a Music School that provides courses for different age groups with different needs. Income from the school supports low-income families in need to receive free music therapy.

Our Impact

Shining Life has partnered with Institutes for Creative Arts and Therapy and opened a music therapy singing center to help students and people with depression to promote mental wellness.

Shining Life is a government-recognized non-profit organization founded by Hong Kong singer, Ms. Jade Kwan, who received the Hong Kong Outstanding Young Persons Selection Award in 2012 and the Hong Kong Volunteer Award in 2011.
