New Dawn Educare Center (NDEC) is crafted to accommodate the multifaceted needs of individuals and families affected by intellectual disability. Their mission is to bring God’s and hope to people with disabilities in Eastern Taiwan. Their vision is to empower people with disabilities to live a life of independence, holistic personal development, and health. By providing needed resources within a Christ-centered community NDEC will help the mentally challenged and their families to find belonging, purpose, and hope. Their goal is to be a service leader supporting the independence of people with disabilities in Taiwan.
