Our Mission
CRED’s mission is to provide Indigenous rural and minority children with access to quality education, promote community awareness of its value, remove financial barriers, improve health and sanitation, and support teachers with training, resources, and funding to strengthen learning outcomes.The Need
Children, teachers, schools, and communities face challenges from political instability, conflict, and poverty. Schools struggle with limited resources, safety issues, and a lack of support, while children and teachers face disrupted learning, unsafe conditions, and economic hardship.The Solution
CRED provides community-driven, culturally relevant education, providing resources, teacher training, and safe learning spaces. By improving access, health, and resilience, RISE empowers communities to overcome barriers and create stable, quality education for Indigenous children.Our Impact

As Indigenous communities in Myanmar prepare to welcome the traditional New Year Water Festival, many children are doing so after surviving both a devastating earthquake and relentless military attacks. For them, this should be a time of renewal, joy, and cultural celebration—but instead, they face displacement, fear, and extreme hardship.
