Double your gift: Emergency food relief

2020 has been a difficult year for everyone. Whether rich or poor, young or old, no life has been left unchanged by the pandemic.

Yet for families in extreme poverty, the economic disruption caused by COVID-19 can mean starvation. COVID-19 will cause critical malnutrition for an additional 7 million children under age 5. Many of these children live in Asia, where 350 million people are already undernourished.

In response to this growing crisis, hundreds of local nonprofit organizations are mobilizing to deliver emergency food rations and livelihood support. Thanks to our generous donors, Give2Asia has already funded US$6.9 million in food assistance to support 2.3 million families across 16 countries.

This winter, the need will be even greater. That’s why we’re dedicating 100% of new donations to our COVID-19 campaign to local organizations providing food security to low-income families in Asia, through the end of 2020.
