AiEr Foundation

AiEr Foundation was established in January 2016 by the China Association of Mayors and Ms. Tao Siliang. AiEr is now a 5A non-profit organization, with an A-level credit rating and the highest FTI in China. AiEr is partnered with World Health Organization and United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund. As a practitioner and advocate of modern philanthropy, AiEr concentrates on social difficulties, pain points, and hotspots by supporting the welfare of disabled people, focusing on national health and education, promoting innovation and development of public welfare, and strengthening communication on philanthropic ideas.  

For years, AiEr has been carrying out aid projects in various fields, and emergency rescue is one of the areas AiEr puts efforts in.  

During COVID-19, AiEr donated medical supplies and 11.13 million yuan in cash to more than 50 medical institutions in mainland China and abroad. 

In 2021, when Henan Province suffered from a rare flood, in order to help people return to normal life as soon as possible, AiEr acted quickly and donated two batches of disinfection materials with a market value of about 1.45 million RMB to the disaster areas. The environment was poor and bacteria and viruses bred, seriously threatening people’s health. These disinfectant supplies could kill germs in time, create a safe and hygienic living environment for people in afflicted areas, and provide a strong guarantee for the post-disaster reconstruction work. After the earthquake in Jishi Mountain, Gansu in 2023, AiEr donated 400 quilts and 285 sets of cotton clothes, helping people survive in cold winter.  

AiEr operates nationwide and has the ability and network to complete emergency relief and response works in a timely manner, providing foundations with future capacity-building and strengthening people’s livelihood in disaster areas.
