Bhutanese Tertiary Education does not have provisions for learning disabilities or physical impairments. Enhancing teaching & learning environments with physical structure provides an opportunity for inclusive education. Scholarships for study-abroad expenses will provide equal access for students.The Solution
Creating a "culture of diversity" at RTC aims to provide inclusive learning conditions in tandem with scholarships covering study-abroad expenses for underprivileged students for enrichment. The goal is to make education equitable by relieving the pressure on students to focus on their learning.Our Impact
Inclusive Education goes beyond simply including people with disabilities on campus, there must be a campus-wide effort to build a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment that creates a sense of belonging and respect for diversity. RTC enrolled the first visually impaired student in 2019.About this Organization
