Siem Reap is one of the lowest-ranking provinces in terms of the quality of education and economic development. For the few who do access higher education, there are limited job opportunities available to them, discouraging many young people and their families from investing in education.The Solution
PEPY prepares the next generation of job seekers and uplifts future and current job creators by providing comprehensive programming and ongoing mentorship starting at the high school level through to skilled employment.Our Impact
Since the inception of PEPY's youth development programs, they have reached 7,456 youth in over 121 villages - including the 304 students who received higher education scholarship (housing, tuition, living allowance, healthcare, etc.) and 101 entrepreneurs in their incubator program.
