Our Mission

WFW works in 50 rural and tribal villages in Kannamangalam, providing health and education activities for women and children in rural areas. Nursing students conduct free blood pressure and blood sugar tests for elderly people with serious diseases in rural areas.

The Need

Poor rural individuals are encouraged to travel to cities for testing themselves. However, when laborers leave their daily jobs, their livelihoods are affected. Thus, they pay little care to their health and suffer greatly. In their old age, they suffer without money. WFW aims to help such people.

The Solution

WFW provides free basic tests in the villages for elderly individuals who are unable to go to cities for self-examinations. They purchase materials for blood sugar, blood pressure, serum salt level tests, etc. They travel to the villages by ambulance and carry out this work with nursing students.

Our Impact

Elderly individuals, women, and children who are unable to travel to cities for self-examination will benefit from WFW's program, which aims to test 1000 people per month. It can save 12,000 lives per year. It can also help in emergency situations such as snake bites, scorpion bites in rural areas.

Providing free medical care in rural areas would greatly benefit the poor population. Women for Women’s plan is to save 15,000 lives per year through this initiative. They highly value the significance of medicine in old age, as it is a time when various diseases tend to arise. By undertaking this project, Women for Women aims to offer crucial assistance during this critical period. They appreciate your cooperation and support in this endeavor.
