Our Mission

To initiate sustainable, gender-sensitive, grass root empowerment processes amongst the most vulnerable communities; through inclusion, building conscientiousness, and organizing around their significant issues.

The Need

Socio, the economic, and political marginalization of vulnerable communities, especially women, exacerbated by exploitative power structures and lack of voice, preventing a dignified quality of life based on justice and equity.

The Solution

Building community agency, strengthening leaders & institutions, Demonstrating best and brave practices, Promoting local teams to lead operations and partaking in decision-making, Building a body of learnings, networking & building partnerships with state and non-state actors.

Our Impact

42,700 women accessed resources & freedom from violence, 12,200 households adopted sustainable agriculture, 22,000 households took up Integrated Water Resource development in 30000 hectares, 120,000 households built safe drinking water resources, and 25,000 homes became open defecation free.
