Refugees who have sought and attained freedom from North Korea continue to face challenges in adjusting to their new life in the free world. Mulmangcho, while promoting human rights for North Koreans, aims to improve the quality of life for these North Korean refugees by offering and implementing a variety of support programs. Mulmangcho is led by volunteer board members of prominent stature, including Chairwoman Sun-young Park, a former member of National Assembly of Korea.
