Access to sexual and reproductive healthcare is a human right. But there are 218 million women, girls and families around the world without access to modern contraception, and 35 million women each year who have to make the decision to resort to an unsafe abortion
MSI Asia Pacific is on a mission to change that, by providing life-changing sexual and reproductive healthcare services to people across the Asia Pacific.
MSI Asia Pacific is the support office for MSI Reproductive Choices in the Asia Pacific region, providing sexual and reproductive health information, education and services that enable people to choose their own futures. They support ongoing programs in Cambodia, Papua New Guinea and Timor-Leste, and shorter-term projects in Bangladesh, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan and Vietnam. Around the world, over 33 million people are using a method of contraception provided by the MSI global partnership, and across the countries where they work, an average of one in five women who want contraception are using a method provided by MSI Reproductive Choices.
