Give2Asia is partnering with trusted nonprofit organizations to support frontline health workers and institutions responding to the coronavirus pandemic.

CURRENT NEEDS

Give2Asia’s disaster response program funds both immediate needs and long-term recovery. Our top priorities for COVID-19 pandemic response include:

  • Supporting frontline health workers and national public health priorities
  • Funding activities to slow the spread of the virus and support vulnerable groups
  • Long-term needs such as mental health support and rehabilitation for frontline workers, care for families of health workers who lost their lives due to COVID-19, livelihood support, and capacity building to prevent future health crises.

In Myanmar, our current funding priority is livelihood support. Industries, especially manufacturing industries, are heavily impacted. As a result, the unemployment rate is increasing and livelihood support is needed.
