In January 2020, Give2Asia launched a campaign to support frontline health workers and hospitals responding to the outbreak in Hubei Province. As of April 2020, we have raised over US$10 million from corporate and individual donors.
Now that the initial crisis in China has passed, Give2Asia’s Beijing-based China team is communicating with local partners to develop programs to support long-term recovery.

LONG-TERM RECOVERY
Supporting long-term recovery is equally important to help communities and families recover. Long-term needs will include mental health support and rehabilitation for frontline workers, care for children of health workers who lost their lives due to COVID-19, and education to prevent future epidemics.
