Caritas Manila is one of the largest church-based nonprofit organizations in the Philippines. Through their programs and services, they aim to concretize the love of God among the poor, the weak, and the vulnerable -the “least, last and lost” in society. Caritas Manila’s core programs are geared toward integral human, spiritual, and socio-economic development of the poor. CALL FOR DONATIONS: Tropical Storm Nalgae (Paeng) Relief Response
Caritas Manila, through its Damayan Program, is appealing for your prayers and donations for our brothers and sisters severely affected by Typhoon Paeng.
As of October 28, 2022, there were 26,674 families or 91,614 individual affected by the typhoon. There are 203 flooding incidentswith 21 landslides reported in regions 5, 6, 7 and 8.
