The Bali Street Mums and Kids Project works with children and mothers living in impoverished slums. They operate a Safe House where they provide food, medical aid, counseling, and schooling for mothers and children who have been victims of street begging, trafficking, or assault. In addition, they offer literacy lessons and skills training for the mothers. Their mission is to empower these women and children and break the cycle of begging and poverty.

The project focuses its programs on schooling and recovery care for the children, while the mothers receive literacy lessons and support to achieve financial security so that they no longer need to take their children to beg.
