The mission and purpose of PACT is to provide educational support for college students in the Philippines. PACT generally focuses on technical discipline students attending Bicol University in Legazpi City, Albay, Philippines. The support includes all tuition, fees, and monthly stipends for the duration of the degree (4 to 5 years). Other universities and disciplines in the Philippines are supported on a case-by-case basis. PACT may also support Bicol University itself, with infrastructure, equipment,
and other educational needs.
