Agastya International Foundation“Give2Asia has been a valued supporter of Agastya for some time, and their ability to help us serve supporters in the United States has resulted in both increased financial support and recognition for our model internationally.”

- Ramji Raghavan, Chairman of the Agastya International Foundation

A research grant allowed me to collect stories from students on or below the poverty line who had somehow made it to college. Based on their stories, we saw that we could package these simple solutions and bring them to as many students as possible. Our idea gave birth to a mobile science lab for rural public schools. We called the project JeepneED, inspired by the local mode of transportation in the Philippines, the Jeepney. Our ambitious goal is to revitalize a broken public education system. Our Give2Asia partnership gives us the ability to fundraise and, as we scale up after our initial mobile classroom, we know that our association with Give2Asia will be a good incentive for larger donors.

- Shaina Tantuico, co-founder of JeepneED
