Program Consultant, Philippines
Prior to joining Give2Asia, Alexie was a Program Officer at the Asia Pacific Philanthropy Consortium, an independent association of philanthropic institutions and organizations that supported the growth
and development of philanthropy in the Asia Pacific region. In her six years at the APPC, she organized pioneering research, workshops and a conference on Diaspora Philanthropy to Asia, and executed a Family Philanthropy program through workshops for some prominent Asian families active in philanthropy. She had also provided program support to APPC’s Board of Directors, whose members are leaders of various philanthropies and nonprofit organizations in Asia.
She began her career at the Ayala Foundation, developing and managing their projects on Work-Life Balance and Youth Leadership.
Alexie completed her Master’s degree in International Relations in the Brussels campus of the University of Kent, Canterbury. She is also a graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University, with a Bachelor’s degree
